Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number — those companies handle it directly under their own privacy policies.
Messages you send us: if you contact us by email or through the site, we keep that correspondence so we can respond.

How we use your information

To prepare and fulfill your food order.
To send you an order receipt and itemized invoice by email.
To send you order status updates, including a text message when your order is ready for pickup — only if you have given consent (see below).
To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
To operate a first-order coupon and rewards program, if you choose to join.

SMS text messaging and your mobile number

If you check the SMS consent box at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from Huế Vietnamese Cuisine about your inquiries, reservations, online orders, customer support, and important service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — you can order without it.

We do not sell or share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the messaging service provider that transmits the message on our behalf.

Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary to run the restaurant and fulfill your order, with service providers acting on our behalf:

We keep order records for as long as needed for business and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact below), except where we are required by law to keep certain records.

Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.
Access or deletion: email us and we will help.

Security

Order data is stored with access restricted to restaurant management. Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and management access is protected by password and session security.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
